Turning features on and off
The part that opens and closes tickets for you.
This is what makes the CSR dashboard fill itself in. It watches calls, messages, and jobs, and opens a ticket whenever something looks like it needs a person.
It also closes tickets when the follow-up clearly happened — a returned call, a reply, a booked job.
When you turn it off
- No new tickets are created automatically.
- Tickets already on the board stay exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted.
- Automatic closing stops too, so tickets that would have cleared themselves need closing by hand.
ⓘTurning this off means your team is watching for follow-ups on their own. That's the trade — it's the safety net, not just noise.
