Every status change gives you a few seconds to take it back.
Moving a ticket to a new status — including marking it resolved — is not final straight away. A small bar appears at the bottom of the screen naming the ticket and where it went, with an **Undo** button.
Click **Undo**, or press **Esc**, and the ticket goes back exactly where it was. Nothing is recorded and the ticket's history stays clean, because as far as the platform is concerned the move never happened.
How long you have
About four seconds. The thin line along the bottom of the bar drains away so you can see the time going. Once it runs out the move is saved for good.
If you change your mind after that
Just move the ticket back the normal way. That is a genuine second move, so both changes show up in the ticket's event history — which is the honest record of what happened.
- Moving a second ticket saves the first one immediately — you can only take back the most recent move.
- Closing the tab or clicking away saves the move too. It is not lost.
- This works the same in the list and on the board, including when you drag a card between columns.
ⓘThe counts at the top of the page move the moment you do, and move back if you undo — so what you see always matches the queue in front of you.
