Turning features on and off
Adds speaker labels, a summary, and a redacted copy to finished transcripts.
Enrichment is the polish on top of a plain transcript. It works out who is speaking, writes a short summary, and produces a copy with personal details removed.
It runs separately from transcription, so a busy afternoon of calls never waits on it.
When you turn it off
- Transcripts still get made — they're just raw text with no labels or summary.
- Anything already waiting keeps its place in line and gets picked up when you turn enrichment back on.
