A one-page tour of what the system watches and what it does for your team.
This platform sits alongside your job-management software and watches the things that are easy to lose track of on a busy day — a call nobody returned, a message left hanging, a job that never got scheduled.
When it spots one, it opens a ticket on the CSR dashboard so somebody can pick it up. When the follow-up happens, it closes the ticket on its own.
What it does not do
- It never texts or calls your customers. It only reads.
- It never changes a job, an estimate, or an invoice.
- It only adds notes to a customer's record — nothing else is written back.
ⓘEverything here is a mirror of your existing system. Your job-management software stays the source of truth; this platform points at what needs attention.
